More about our Yoga Instructor:

Mercede received her training and started teaching yoga when she was living in NYC working as a massage therapist in 2014. Since moving back to Billings, she has been at Black Orchid for the last 3 years. Her classes are designed to help you with functional movement and gain strength with bodyweight resistance. You’ll feel longer and stronger after taking a class!

More about our Cellist:

Kassidy likes to play and teach cello. She earned her Bachelor of Music Education and Masters of Education with an Emphasis in Music from Montana State University - Bozeman. She teaches orchestra at Medicine Crow Middle School and private cello lessons out of her home, where she is assisted by her herding dog Mac, and fluffy black cat Lincoln. She also tries to help out her community and serves on the boards for Arts Without Boundaries and Red Lodge Music Festival. Kassidy maintains a performance schedule, playing with various symphonies around the state, for church services, and for yoga classes like these! When not teaching, playing, and sharing music, she is most likely reading, playing soccer, or adventuring in the Beartooth Mountains with her tirelessly supportive husband, Casey, and the aforementioned Mac.
